The industry solutions on the market are too powerful, too expensive, or too complicated for what you actually need? You have a use case with no off-the-shelf product behind it? And it needs to happen quickly? Then it's worth talking to us. We develop your solution together with you: AI-assisted during the proof-of-concept phase, then reviewed, hardened, and completed by our development team.
The prototype takes shape where the requirements do
Classic custom development starts with long requirements workshops and often ends with a solution that works on paper and misses the mark in daily use. AI-assisted tooling shifts that starting point: instead of only describing requirements, a working draft exists early on — one you can try out in your own office, with your own people. We support that process with sensible standards, prepared defaults, and the initial setup needed to turn an idea into something usable within a short time.
The real advantage lies less in speed than in the quality of the feedback. A draft you can click through provokes far more specific criticism than a requirements document. Requirements nobody would otherwise have spotted become visible — and new requirements emerging mid-project is the rule, not the exception.
What the prototype can do — and what it can’t
A proof of concept doesn't replace a requirements specification; it makes it better. What would otherwise sit in the requirements catalogue as an assumption has been tested by the end of the PoC phase: scope, interfaces, data model, and open questions can then be documented on solid ground — as the basis for effort estimates, contracts, and acceptance. Skipping that step simply swaps one risk for another.
Just as important: an AI-generated draft is a draft. It hasn't been security-reviewed, it isn't designed for load, and it isn't documented for operation. That's precisely why our work doesn't stop at the prototype.
From here, our specialists take over
Once you're satisfied with the draft, our development team takes the solution to production readiness:
- Architecture review, and a rebuild wherever robustness demands it
- Code review plus dependency and licence checks of the generated code
- Security review: authentication, permissions, input validation, logging
- Automated tests and reproducible deployments
- Data protection and retention concept
- Operations, monitoring, backup, and patch management
- Documentation and structured handover
Where your data stays
Before every project we clarify which tools will be used and where your data is processed along the way. Production data doesn't belong in a third-party model unchecked. Where requirements demand it, we work with anonymised test data or with models running on infrastructure under our own control. Digital sovereignty doesn't end at the choice of server location.
Let's talk it through
Tell us what you need or have in mind — we'll show you what the path from first draft to finished solution looks like in your case. We're here for you. Fast. Agile. Reliable.
